Anna Maria House features a cozy and thoughtfully designed interior. The Primary Bedroom has a: 1. Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. 2. The Second Bedroom offers a King bed, a decorative fireplace, and access to a hallway bathroom. 3. The Third Bedroom includes a Queen bed, a large closet, a workspace, and access to the same bathroom. 4. The Fourth Bedroom has two twin beds, perfect if you have little ones. 5. We also have pack-and-play for our youngest guests. 6. The fully equipped kitchen comes with new stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials you’ll need. 7. The living room has a Roku TV for your favorite subscriptions and Wi-Fi for streaming and sharing your vacation memories. **Outdoor Area** Relax in the heated pool or unwind in the hot tub. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for gatherings with some outside games. **Amenities** Pack light! *Must be 25+ to book with us. *Unless your pet is a service animal, we ask that all pets must be under a 50lb weight limit and MUST be disclosed within your booking reservations so that the pet fee will be added to your reservation. *(2) pets maximum included in the base pet fee, that need to be fully potty trained and don't have any habits of chewing on things that shouldn't be chewed on. *Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds. *Guests are responsible for picking up all animal waste and disposing it in the trash cans. *SORRY NO CATS. *Any damages created from a pet on the premises will result in an additional fee of the hosts discretion. *Any excessive barking on the premises may result in the guests being asked to vacate without refund. *Any pet(s) that are not disclosed at time of booking will be subject to the pet fee and an additional $100 charge. *If after guests checkout, we discover carpets/furniture were soiled by your pets, there will be an additional $150 extra cleaning fee. *Absolutely NO pets in the swimming pool or spa. *POOL RULES: Swim at your own risk. Swimming is inherently dangerous, and host is not responsible for accidents, injury, or death. *Never swim alone or under the influence of alcohol/other substances. *Children should never be left unattended in or around the pool area. *Absolutely NO GLASS allowed in the pool or pool deck. *During unseasonably cold weather, the heated pool could feel colder than is comfortable. It’s set at 85 degrees. The pool heater is on from 8am to 6pm when the pump is on. It’s takes at least 2-3 hours to heat it up. After that We cannot help as this is beyond our control. *We provide a variety of plastic glasses, dishes, and travel mugs for you to use. *Evidence of glass in or around the pool area will result in a $1000 fine, as the pool will need to be drained and cleaned to ensure the safety of our future guests. *No eating, drinking, or smoking in the pool. *No running, jumping, diving, or rough play in or around the pool area. *Do not remove furniture or pool equipment from the pool area. *DO NOT tamper or play with pool equipment, filters, chemicals, etc. *Bedroom fireplace is not to be used by guests for safety reasons. *Bunk beds have a weight limit of 300lbs per bed. *Please avoid parking on the grass, or else guests will incur a fine of $500 per vehicle after 1st warning. *No parties are allowed under any circumstances. *As a courtesy to our peaceful neighbors, be aware a $1000 fee will be imposed on guests in the event of any parties within the premises. This policy is non-negotiable. *Please treat our home as you would your own. *Remember this is NOT a hotel, you're in somebody else's house. *Guests that do not adhere to the following house rules will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund. *Respect our quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, but excessive noise and loud music are not permitted at any time of day. *Noise detecting software is utilized at the home (we can't hear what you are saying but it detects the level of noise). Guests will be given one warning via call or text. If a response is not received or the noise continues, the reservation may be cancelled. *Guests tampering or disabling any of these devices will result in termination of your stay without refund. *No events. *No overnight guests not included on the original reservation without prior approval by host. *Guest count at any time is not to exceed the house maximum (10) without prior approval by host. *Number of cars parked at the home is not to exceed 4 without prior approval by host (2 in the driveway 2 on the street) *As this is a private home, guests are responsible for taking out the trash and recycling. *We utilize a service to take trash bins to the curb but require guests to remove waste from the home before trash collection days and at checkout. *Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is collected only on Thursdays. *All garbage should be bagged. *Recycling does not need to be sorted. *Do not interfere with scheduled services and maintenance to the home. *Lawn service comes once a week, if you see them, let them be, and the pool is also cleaned once a week, but both may reschedule without notice. *The pool cleaner lets himself into the lanai. Please allow them to do their job, or you will be billed for additional services. *Guests ARE NOT allowed to smoke tobacco/marijuana/vape or use any illicit drugs anywhere inside or outside the home or the yard; evidence of guests breaking these rules will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. *In case personal items are left behind that needs to be returned there is an additional cost of $50 + shipping & handling. *No refunds will be provided for sightings of tropical wildlife or bugs, they're normal in FL. *We utilize a monthly pest control service, but ants, insects, and animals are part of life in Florida, and occasionally something may sneak into the home. You can do your part by ensuring that windows and doors remain closed, not eating in the bedrooms, and cleaning up food and dishes promptly. *Do not rearrange the furniture and please replace any items you used to the original location. *Do not eat in the bedrooms. *Keep kitchen area clean and dishes washed. *Enjoy watching the birds or animals in the yard, but please do not feed or try to touch them. **Please note: Hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, and therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply. ** *We strongly urge guests to purchase travel insurance with weather related protection, either through Airbnb or otherwise, to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes in plans. *Purchasing travel insurance is always recommended, and especially important during the above dates.

Anna Maria House is in an excellent location. It’s close to major retail stores, local boutiques, grocery shops, and dining options. Anna Maria Island beaches are a 5-minute drive away. Stays of 28+ Days welcome on request. Pool heat will be set to 85 degrees. Air temperatures do affect pool heat, so unfortunately if outside temperatures drop below 70 degrees, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. We are DOG FRIENDLY! Please see some of our pet policy below: NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE of $199 for a max of 2 dogs under 50lbs. We ask that you to disclosed within your booking reservations to avoid a fee of $250. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED. No puppies or dogs under 1 year of age are allowed. Pets must be fully house trained and vaccinated. No pets in the swimming pool. Pets must be always leashed when not in our fenced yard and crated indoors when you are not at home You must control barking when outside, especially at night or early morning.
